The Smart For two Electric Drive's second edition will have a limited production of 250 units for U.S. It's the test model that will be used to gauge consumer interest in these type of battery-powered vehicles. The 2011 Smart ED is offered under the lease-only plan but the manufacturer has listed its MSRP at $44,387.
